World Book Day

Yesterday we celebrated World Book Day. The children were able to dress as their favourite character from a book. It was wonderful to see such a variety of costumes!

All the staff chose a favourite story to read aloud and the children chose which one they wanted to go and listen to.  As always we continued our tradition with the catwalk whereby the children got to proudly show off their character and book choice.   All the classes also got to make up part of the story of The Midnight Fair and we shared this together as a whole school.

The children thoroughly enjoyed the whole day!
