Summer Fair - sponsored by Coast & Country Estate Agents

Takes place on: 23rd June 2023, 3:30-5:30pm

We are delighted to announce that our Summer Fair is returning, and we are proudly sponsored by Coast and Country Estate Agents.

The PTA are so excited for the Summer Fair this year! We have some exciting new stalls to look forward to that we hope you will enjoy very much. This year will see the return of the very popular Candy Floss stall! We will have a plant sale stand to
entertain the grown-ups. And this year for the very first time we are very excited to be joined by the Reptylers with all their wonderful animals to experience! So come along and have fun with all the usual games too. We hope it will be a fantastic celebration to end the year!

Look out for the volunteer sign up sheets at the car park gates in the next few weeks. If you can spare 1/2 an hour and help run one of our games we would love your help. DATES FOR THE DIARY

We are looking for the following donations please…

Friday 9th June - jars of sweets/bottles of alcohol (non-uniform day)
Friday 16th June - luxury hamper items (non-uniform day)
Friday 23rd June - cakes (non-uniform day)

Tables will be set up at the school gates on these dates at drop off time for you to kindly donate.

RAFFLE TICKETS

Raffle tickets cost £1 per strip (strip of 5 tickets)
Our raffle is the most popular attraction at the summer fair and we aim to bring you the biggest and best hamper prizes yet! 
We have luxury hampers for spoiling yourself, kids hampers of toys and plenty filled with food and drink!
If you would like to donate a prize to our raffle please send us an email, or give it to a member of the PTA at the drop off tables. 

Please fill out and return to the PTA postbox the raffle ticket return slip or provide the following information on a piece of paper:

• How many strips you would like to purchase
• Your child's name and class, so they can be sent back to you in your child’s book bag.

 We are always on the lookout for volunteers to help out on the day. If you would like to be on a stall or help out in some other way (perhaps preparing things, or tidying up afterwards), please either let the office know, email WhytemeadPTA@gmail.com or keep your eyes peeled for the A-board and sign up sheet in the coming weeks!
