After School Clubs

We are pleased to be able to offer after school clubs for the children at Whytemead Primary School. These clubs are run by our own teachers as well as external agencies with whom we have well established links. No matter who a club is run by, you can be assured that they will be fully DBS checked and will be professional in their provision. 

How will I know what clubs are available for my child and how do I book?

Clubs are confirmed at the beginning of each term (Autumn, Spring and Summer). Once the clubs are confirmed an email will be sent to parents providing all of the information. A space can be booked online via Arbor but often you are able to join in at anytime as long as there is a space.

How much do the clubs cost and how do I pay? 

All internal clubs that are run by the teachers cost just £10 per term. When you book a club for your child you are automatically signed up for the term so there is no need to book on each week. The total cost of the term can paid via Arbor, alternativity via the office prior to the clubs starting. External clubs will need to be paid directly to the agencies via the links listed below.

Spring Term 2026 Clubs

Clubs will run from 12th January - 20th March.

There is will no clubs on 11th-12th March due to Parent Evening. Clubs will not take place the week commencing 16th February due to half term.
